I stopped in last week looking for a bookshelf. Found one in great shape for a really good price. The shop is a bit packed but the staff is nice.

Furniture was damaged
Got home and realized the legs on my chair were cracked. I tried calling but got no help. Disappointing experience after being a regular customer.

Waited forever for service
Stood in the shop for twenty minutes while the staff talked in the back. No one acknowledged me. I ended up leaving without buying anything.

Decent selection
Found a nice kitchen table set. The wood has some minor scratches but for the price it is a great deal. They have new items coming in all the time.
