Terrible customer service
The technician was dismissive when I asked questions about the repair. Left the shop feeling like I wasn't valued as a customer at all.

Great experience with my student
The staff was so patient helping my daughter pick out her first full-size violin. They took the time to explain the difference in strings and setups.

Mixed feelings on repair
The tone improved, but the varnish touch-up looks a bit messy. It was functional work but I was hoping for a cleaner cosmetic finish.

They really know their stuff
David is a master luthier. Fixed a crack in my student violin and it sounds better than when I bought it. Definitely coming back for annual maintenance.
