Brought my car in for a complex electrical issue that two other shops couldn't figure out. Mike took the time to trace the wiring and fixed the problem. He was super transparent about the costs and kept me in the loop with daily updates on the repair. The car has been running perfectly ever since I picked it up. Seriously grateful for their patience and skill. Highly recommended for any Mitsubishi owners.

The service team helped me with a major transmission repair recently. I was worried it would cost a fortune but they found a way to fix it safely. They were very thorough in the inspection and made sure I understood every step. It is rare to find a dealership service department that is this honest and upfront. The shop manager even checked in with me personally. Truly impressive level of service and care.

They sold me a lemon and refused to fix the issues under warranty. Extremely disappointed in the management here. Don't waste your money.
