Took the family out last weekend and Captain Mike was awesome. The gear was clean and we saw so many manatees. Highly recommend for a fun day.

Terrible service and rude staff
Showed up for my reservation and they had given our spots away. Nobody seemed to care or offer help. Huge waste of time and money.

Average rental spot in Crystal River
It was fine. Nothing special, but the kayaks worked. Parking was a bit of a headache during the afternoon rush.

Equipment was in rough shape
The kayak I rented leaked water the entire trip. When I told the staff, they just shrugged it off. Very unprofessional place.

Wonderful experience in Crystal River
Staff made it so easy. From booking to drop off, everything went smoothly. Highly recommend for any skill level.
