Terrible service and rude staff
Showed up for my reservation and they had given our spots away. Nobody seemed to care or offer help. Huge waste of time and money.

Equipment was in rough shape
The kayak I rented leaked water the entire trip. When I told the staff, they just shrugged it off. Very unprofessional place.

Decent rental but busy day
Staff seemed overwhelmed with the crowd. We got our boats eventually but it took quite a bit of waiting around. Nice enough kayaks though.

Great trip out on the water
Really enjoyed the tour. The guide was knowledgeable about the springs and helped us spot some wildlife. Minor wait for the shuttle.

Poor communication regarding rentals
