The equipment was fine, but the instructions were confusing and we felt rushed the whole time. Expected a much better experience for the price.

Showed up for my reservation and they had given our spots away. Nobody seemed to care or offer help. Huge waste of time and money.

It was fine. Nothing special, but the kayaks worked. Parking was a bit of a headache during the afternoon rush.

The kayak I rented leaked water the entire trip. When I told the staff, they just shrugged it off. Very unprofessional place.
