Rented a double kayak and had a blast. Very affordable and a great way to spend the afternoon. Will definitely be back next month.

Terrible service and rude staff
Showed up for my reservation and they had given our spots away. Nobody seemed to care or offer help. Huge waste of time and money.

Average rental spot in Crystal River
It was fine. Nothing special, but the kayaks worked. Parking was a bit of a headache during the afternoon rush.

Equipment was in rough shape
The kayak I rented leaked water the entire trip. When I told the staff, they just shrugged it off. Very unprofessional place.
