The bidding system was glitchy and I couldn't get ahold of anyone for help when it froze. Ended up missing out on the car I wanted.

Good experience overall but busy
Got a good price on a work van. It was a bit crowded during pickup, but the staff was friendly and made sure I had everything sorted.

Hidden fees were ridiculous
The final price was way higher than expected because of all the hidden auction fees. Very misleading. Not worth the trouble or the money at all.
