Low trade-in offer
They offered me way below market value for my truck. I know it's a dealership, but this was pretty insulting. Probably won't sell to them again.

Horrible financing experience
They messed up the financing numbers three times, causing us to stay until they closed. The staff seemed disorganized and overwhelmed.

Great selection, honest pricing
I really enjoy that there is no pressure here. I could look at the cars at my own pace and everyone was friendly whenever I needed a key.
