Nice experience overall
The rental process was easy and the gear was good. Only complaint is that parking was a nightmare near the launch. Otherwise, great fun.

Excellent service and gear
We had a blast! The kayaks were very stable and clean. The staff was super friendly and helpful with getting us launched. Best spot in Florida.

Wonderful family day
Took the kids out for their first time and the staff were so patient and kind. They helped us pick out a safe route. We will definitely be back.

Perfect day on the water
Rented a pair of kayaks and the equipment was in excellent condition. Staff gave us some great tips on where to spot manatees. Definitely coming back.

Equipment needs maintenance
Kayaks were fun, but mine had a leaky drain plug which made for a wet seat. The staff helped once I told them, but it should have been checked.

Great spot for kayaking
Fantastic location and good rental rates. The staff was friendly, though they were a bit busy and hard to catch at the end of our trip.

Rudest staff ever encountered
We arrived a bit late due to traffic and the guy at the desk started yelling about our reservation being cancelled. Totally ruined our mood.

Awesome kayak club to join
I joined as a member and it’s the best decision I’ve made. The fleet is kept in great shape and the launch is very convenient. Love this place.
