The maintenance crew does good work. Had some bottom paint done and it looks great. Prices are fair for the quality you get.

Pricing keeps rising
Been here a while but the slips are getting expensive. Hard to justify the cost increases when amenities stay the same.

Nice marina, busy weekends
Love the facility but it can get pretty hectic on Saturday mornings. Staff handles it well, but plan for a little extra time.

Top tier marina staff
The guys at Cortez Cove are the best. They always handle my boat with care during haul outs and the docks are kept in great shape.
