Facilities are kept nice and clean. It's a bit pricey compared to the others but you pay for the location and the service level.

Solid choice in Cortez
The maintenance crew does good work. Had some bottom paint done and it looks great. Prices are fair for the quality you get.

Best dock hands in town
The dock hands are amazing. Always there to catch lines and help out. Makes docking so much less stressful for me.
