Unprofessional and dismissive
The clerk was more interested in his phone than helping me. I'll take my business to another location from now on. Poor service.

Avoid this store completely
Sold me a plan that didn't work in my area. When I tried to return the device, they claimed it was a final sale even though it didn't work.

Long wait for simple issue
There was only one person working and they were helping someone with a complex account issue. I waited an hour just to buy a prepaid card.
