Happy with the purchase overall. John was friendly and the truck was well detailed. Just a minor issue with the floor mats not being in the car at pickup.

The truck is great, but the finance department took forever. I spent four hours just waiting for paperwork. Wish they were a bit more efficient with the process.

Dropped off my truck for a basic service and it took three days instead of one. No updates from the service desk until I called them. Very frustrated with the lack of communication.
