I showed up for my appointment and they didn't even have my vehicle in the system. Waited around for an hour just to be told they couldn't help me today. Total waste of my time.

The truck is great, but the finance department took forever. I spent four hours just waiting for paperwork. Wish they were a bit more efficient with the process.

Dropped off my truck for a basic service and it took three days instead of one. No updates from the service desk until I called them. Very frustrated with the lack of communication.
