Cancelled last minute with no refund
They cancelled our tour due to 'weather' when it was sunny out, and then fought me on a refund. Never again.

Terrible service and dirty gear
The snorkel gear looked like it hadn't been cleaned in months. Truly disgusting. I won't be recommending this company.

Rude staff and overcrowded boat

Total waste of time
Boat was broken and they didn't even call us. Showed up and they said we had to wait hours. Terrible management.
