The snorkel gear looked like it hadn't been cleaned in months. Truly disgusting. I won't be recommending this company.

Incredible memories
Seeing the manatees in their natural habitat was magical. The staff was excellent and made the trip perfect.

Nice excursion, would do again
The guides were great at spotting wildlife. It was a well-organized trip and the check-in process was very fast.

We paid for a private tour but it felt like a cattle drive. Too many people in a small area.

Cancelled last minute with no refund
They cancelled our tour due to 'weather' when it was sunny out, and then fought me on a refund. Never again.
