Overcharged for basic parts

Terrible communication about my Jeep
Brought my Wrangler in for a simple lift kit install. Mike told me it would be done in two days, but it ended up taking over a week. Nobody called me with updates, I had to keep calling them. Very frustrated with the lack of transparency.
