Rude service department
They didn't fix my Cadillac's sensor issues after two visits. Very poor communication and they didn't even apologize for the inconvenience.

Disappointed in the service delay
Scheduled a simple oil change but it took over three hours. They didn't offer any explanation or update while I sat in the lobby.
