Good cause, but the front desk was understaffed today. It took much longer than promised to complete the donation paperwork.

Great team at this location
Donated an old work van and it couldn't have been easier. The staff was kind and efficient throughout the whole visit.

Communication was a total mess
Nobody knew what was going on when I arrived to donate my truck. Spent over two hours just sitting there. Very frustrated with the lack of organization.
