Waited all day for nothing
I reserved a skid steer for 8am and no one showed up. Kept calling and got nowhere. Finally canceled and had to scramble elsewhere. Very poor communication.

Rented a trench digger here recently. Easy pickup, fair daily rate, and no hidden fees. Definitely coming back next month for my next phase.

Overcharged on hours
The machine ran fine but they billed me for extra hours I didnt even use. Tried to talk to the manager but got the runaround. Disappointed in the billing.

Reliable service
Had an issue with a loader and Dave came out to look at it. He fixed it right there in the yard. Really solid experience overall.
