I have had nothing but issues regarding property maintenance requests. They take forever to respond and the resolution is rarely satisfactory.

Great place but busy gym
We love the lifestyle here, but the main fitness center gets pretty crowded on weekday mornings. Still, it is a beautiful neighborhood.

Paradise found in Ponte Vedra
The grounds are kept perfectly and the staff handles everything with such professionalism. I could not imagine living anywhere else at this stage of life.
