Great place but busy gym
We love the lifestyle here, but the main fitness center gets pretty crowded on weekday mornings. Still, it is a beautiful neighborhood.

Rules are not enforced fairly

Nice place but pricey fees
The HOA fees are definitely on the higher side, but you are paying for incredible facilities that we use every single week.
