Communication regarding property rules has been abysmal lately. It feels like they do not value the feedback of long term residents at all.

High quality homes and lifestyle
The build quality of my villa is excellent. I have had very few issues and the community support is stellar.

Great place but busy gym
We love the lifestyle here, but the main fitness center gets pretty crowded on weekday mornings. Still, it is a beautiful neighborhood.

Paradise found in Ponte Vedra
The grounds are kept perfectly and the staff handles everything with such professionalism. I could not imagine living anywhere else at this stage of life.
