Really love the floor plan here. The community is nice, just wish they would get to the landscaping a little faster after the recent rains.

Constant issues with build quality
Living here has been a nightmare. The roof leaked twice in the first month and management ignores every email I send about repairs. Total waste.

Not what we expected
The house is fine but the HOA is way too strict about everything. Can't even keep a small trailer on the side yard.

Quiet neighborhood and great neighbors
