My table arrived with a deep scratch and the delivery team was rude. Customer service has not answered my emails about a return. Very disappointed with the whole experience.

I love the chair I bought, but the shipping was delayed by three weeks without notice. The store staff were nice when I followed up, but the communication could be better.
