Unhelpful staff and long delay
Eric just pointed me to the shelves instead of helping me find the specific bolt I needed. Stood there for ages waiting for assistance. Very poor experience.

Mixed quality on trailer parts
Brian was helpful but the quality of the bearings I bought here seemed lower than expected. They started making noise after only a few hundred miles.

Okay but expensive parts
Samuel was friendly but the pricing on their LED light kits seems a bit high compared to online retailers. They have it in stock which is a plus.
