Max provided excellent service but the shop was packed. Took about 45 minutes to get helped, but at least the part I needed was in stock.

Unhelpful staff and long delay
Eric just pointed me to the shelves instead of helping me find the specific bolt I needed. Stood there for ages waiting for assistance. Very poor experience.

Mixed quality on trailer parts
Brian was helpful but the quality of the bearings I bought here seemed lower than expected. They started making noise after only a few hundred miles.
