Don did an alright job but I expected a bit more hand holding. It worked out in the end but I felt a bit left in the dark during the process.

Poor communication
Don was hard to reach and didn't follow up on my questions like he promised. I ended up having to do a lot of the work myself which defeats the point.

Total game changer
I hate dealing with dealers but Don handled everything perfectly. He got me a great price on a new SUV and had it delivered right to my driveway.
