They have such nice stuff, though it definitely costs more than the big box stores. You are paying for the quality, which is obvious once it is installed.

The staff really takes the time to walk you through the options. We didn't feel rushed at all and ended up with a better design than we originally planned.

Great product but long shipping
The tile selection is amazing, but we had to wait an extra week for our order to arrive. Product looks good, though.

Horrible communication after installation
The installer didn't show up twice and they wouldn't answer my emails. Very unprofessional given the amount of money spent on this tile project.

Beautiful tile and helpful design
Loved working with them on our kitchen remodel. So many options and the design team helped us pick out tiles that match our cabinets perfectly.
