Equipment is okay, but customer service could be more responsive. Had to follow up a few times to confirm my pickup time. The actual gear was fine.

Damaged items
Several of the chairs were cracked when they arrived. I had to patch them up just to make them usable for guests. Not worth the money I paid at all.

Good local company
They have a great selection of party gear. Prices are reasonable and the staff is easy to work with. Will be using them for my next event too.

Missing equipment
They showed up with half the chairs I ordered and I had to scramble to find seating for my guests. Extremely stressful experience for a big party.
