Outstanding service on my commercial mower
I run a local landscaping business and when my John Deere stand-on mower went down, I was in a real bind. I brought it to Everglades and told the service writer I was losing money every day it was sitting. They got it back to their lead tech the same afternoon, diagnosed a bad fuel pump, and replaced it under warranty. They had me back on the road in less than 24 hours. You just don't get that kind of support at most dealerships. They earned a customer for life with this level of service.

Terrible service response
Our harvester broke down in the middle of harvest and they promised a tech would be out same day. Nobody showed up or called. Lost a whole day of work waiting on them. Absolutely terrible customer service. When I called the next morning they didn't even apologize for leaving us stranded.

Good service but busy
Brought my utility tractor in for its 100 hour service. They did a good job but it took a few days longer than originally quoted because they were backed up with commercial clients. Price was fair and they did a full inspection which found a loose belt I hadn't noticed. Glad they caught it.
