Our harvester broke down in the middle of harvest and they promised a tech would be out same day. Nobody showed up or called. Lost a whole day of work waiting on them. Absolutely terrible customer service. When I called the next morning they didn't even apologize for leaving us stranded.

They always have the commercial filters and oil I need for my John Deere equipment in stock. The parts team knows their stuff and gets you in and out quickly.

If you need John Deere parts or service in Belle Glade this is the only place to go. They always treat us fairly, their technicians are highly skilled, and they actually care about local farmers. We've been buying our equipment here for over a decade and they never let us down.

Had an issue with the hydraulics on my tractor. Dropped it off on Wednesday and had it back on Friday running like new. Price was very reasonable for the work done.

Needed a belt for my mower deck and they had it in stock when nobody else did. The parts counter guy was really helpful and even gave me a tip on how to install it easier.
