The guy at the counter was so dismissive of my questions about a burner assembly. Zero knowledge and very rude attitude.

Decent prices but slow service
Wait time at the counter was almost twenty minutes just to pick up a pre-ordered part. Staff needs better organization.

Good local option for heating parts
They have helped me out of a few jams with my residential heater. Usually knowledgeable, just busy sometimes.

Difficult to get parts on time
