Some staff are great, others seem bored and unhelpful. It's a hit or miss depending on who you speak with at the counter.

Decent prices but slow service
Wait time at the counter was almost twenty minutes just to pick up a pre-ordered part. Staff needs better organization.

Good local option for heating parts
They have helped me out of a few jams with my residential heater. Usually knowledgeable, just busy sometimes.

Difficult to get parts on time
Ordered heating equipment for a job and it arrived three days late. Caused a huge delay for my client. Very frustrating.
