Dropped off my Buick for an oil change and it took way longer than estimated. No one updated me, I had to call them myself.

Extremely pushy sales tactics
I felt like a hostage in the sales office. Kept trying to sell me add-ons I didn't want and wouldn't take no for an answer. Never again.

Never coming back again
They promised me a rate and then changed it when I got to the finance office. Felt completely tricked and lied to. Worst experience.
