We waited weeks for our floor order. Every time we called, they had no idea where our shipment was. Very poor communication throughout.

Good product, slight installation issue
The flooring looks great in our house, but the installer missed a small transition piece. They fixed it later, just took a second trip.

Floors turned out perfect
Super happy with the vinyl planks we bought. They were easy to work with and the quality is outstanding. Definitely returning for the bedrooms.

Damaged goods upon delivery
Half of our pallet was cracked and they tried to blame it on the delivery driver. Very poor experience, stay away if you can.
