Sales department is five stars, but every time I visit for service, the experience varies a lot. Very inconsistent.

Good dealership with nice inventory
Happy with my purchase. Sales guy was great, finance took a bit but they got me a good interest rate in the end.

Average experience with service
Staff is nice, but it took way longer than quoted for an oil change. Seems like they were overwhelmed in the shop.

Decent experience overall
Sales process was good, trade-in value was okay. Car was great and they cleaned it up really well before delivery.
