They get busy in the mornings, but the staff is usually solid and they get you the right gear. Good inventory for most common Ford models.

Wrong part given, wasted time
Gave me the wrong belt for my Mustang despite giving them the VIN. Had to drive back and return it. Very frustrating experience for a simple request.
