Waited over 20 minutes to be helped, and the person who finally assisted me was clearly having a bad day. Terrible environment for customers.

Wrong part given, wasted time
Gave me the wrong belt for my Mustang despite giving them the VIN. Had to drive back and return it. Very frustrating experience for a simple request.
