They always have genuine Ford parts, which is great, though prices are a bit higher than aftermarket alternatives. Worth it for the quality, though.

Good store but they are always so slammed. It's tough to get an answer on the phone, but if you go in person you usually get what you need eventually.

Called ahead to check on a part and they had it waiting for me at the counter. Quick, easy, and super friendly staff. Five stars.
