The sales team was okay but the wait for finance was ridiculous. Spent three hours just sitting there waiting to sign paperwork for my Yukon even with a scheduled appointment.

Overall a solid experience buying my Buick. My only gripe is that it took forever to get the keys, even though I had my financing pre-approved already.

Tried to buy a Sierra but they snuck in thousands in dealer add-ons I specifically declined. When I called them out, the manager was rude and dismissive.
