Every time I go in for basic GMC parts, they are on backorder. It's frustrating when you're just trying to do standard maintenance at home.

Good experience but long wait time
Overall a solid experience buying my Buick. My only gripe is that it took forever to get the keys, even though I had my financing pre-approved already.

Hidden fees ruined the whole deal
Tried to buy a Sierra but they snuck in thousands in dealer add-ons I specifically declined. When I called them out, the manager was rude and dismissive.
