My outboard was returned in worse condition than I left it. They refused to fix it without charging more labor fees.

Lack of communication
Dropped my motor off and didn't hear back for a week. Had to call multiple times to finally get an update.

Overcharged for basic repair
Service was okay but the bill was much higher than the quote I was given over the phone. Not very happy.

Top notch marine shop
Knowledgeable and very helpful with my older outboard model. They have parts that nobody else in town carries.
