Usually reliable for common parts
They have most filters and fluids ready to go. The staff is usually helpful, just depends on which shift is working at the time.

Terrible return policy experience
They wouldn't let me return a sensor that was still in the box. Even with my receipt, they were incredibly difficult about it.

Helpful staff and good stock
Good place for parts. A little busy on the weekends, but they usually get you what you need quickly. Decent pricing too.

Too slow at the counter
I stood in line for twenty minutes while the staff was chatting behind the counter. Finally had to walk out without getting my part.
