Avoid the finance department
They added extra fees that weren't discussed until the very end. Felt like a classic bait and switch. Read your contracts very carefully here.

Good deal on my Escape
Overall a good experience. Financing was a bit of a marathon, but the end result was a car I love at a decent rate.
