Good experience overall
The staff knew everything about the G70 I was looking at. Very professional and the test drive was great. Just wish the negotiation was faster.

Selection is great if you want a Genesis. The staff is knowledgeable and the facility is clean. Only taking a star off because of parking issues.

Terrible customer service
I felt ignored by the sales people as soon as I walked in. Stood there for 15 minutes before anyone even looked my way. Will not be back.

Service was very slow
Dropped my car off for a basic check and it took all day. Communication was poor regarding when it would be done. Expected better from a dealer.
