They misdiagnosed my electrical issue and then tried to charge me for a part I didn't even need. Very shady business practices.

Never returning for service again
They promised my car would be ready at 3, but I didn't get it until 6. No apology, no explanation. Very poor customer care.

Beautiful showroom and great service
Love the atmosphere and the cars. Sales rep was knowledgeable and didn't push me at all. Best dealership experience in Melbourne.
