Worst experience at a dealership

Hidden fees ruined the deal
The test drive was fine and Brian was helpful enough, but the finance office tried to sneak in a bunch of dealer add-ons I didn't ask for. Left a sour taste in my mouth.

Smooth process on my new Equinox
Mike helped us out with a trade-in for my new Equinox. The deal was fair and the financing didn't take all day. Only reason for 4 stars is the wait time for the final paperwork was a bit long.
