Went in for a simple oil change and they kept my truck for six hours. No updates, no apologies, just a huge headache. Avoid the service center if you value your time.

The test drive was fine and Brian was helpful enough, but the finance office tried to sneak in a bunch of dealer add-ons I didn't ask for. Left a sour taste in my mouth.

No pressure at all while looking at the new inventory. Sarah answered every question I had about the financing options and the final price was exactly as promised.
